is a local practice owned by Dr. Mark Caffrey, a licensed audiologist with more than 20 years of experience. He provides the best hearing care with the personal attention that you deserve, because he is hearing impaired as well.
Dr. Caffrey has worn hearing aids since high school and has experienced everything that you're going through. Being on both sides of the desk has taught him to be compassionate and caring. He speaks in sign language for your convenience.

Dr. Keira Glasheen is an upstate native, originally from Voorheesville, NY. She graduated from Elmira College with a Bachelor of Science degree in speech and hearing science and then continued on to pursue her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Louisville.
Throughout her graduate studies and various clinical placements she found the private practice setting most appealing, as it often allows for a more personal connection with patients. Dr. Glasheen joined the team at Caffrey and Associates Audiology in October 2021 and enjoys working with patients of all ages to help them find solutions to their hearing problems. In her free time she enjoys playing piano and guitar and spending time with family and friends.
